Community Guidelines

• Registered members can create posts, comment, react, follow and save.
• New members' first posts may be reviewed before appearing; trusted members may publish immediately.
• You are responsible for everything published through your account.

• Data-backed insights, genuine questions and respectful discussion about funds, portfolios and strategy.
• Specific citations and links to the fund, page or data being discussed.
• Clear separation between reported facts, calculations and personal interpretation.
• Crediting other authors and retaining attribution when research is remixed.

• Guaranteed-return claims, tips or “sure-shot” calls.
• Soliciting money, running schemes or collecting funds from members.
• Spam, repetitive promotion, deceptive claims, manipulated data or impersonation.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, personal attacks or disclosure of private information.
• Coordination intended to manipulate a market or mislead other members.
• Unlawful content or conduct that violates applicable SEBI or AMFI requirements.

A verified member or distributor badge confirms identity and, where applicable, a valid AMFI ARN. It is not an endorsement of a person's views, performance or products. Distributors must act within applicable SEBI and AMFI conduct requirements and must not use the platform to guarantee outcomes.

• Use the report action on posts or comments that breach these rules.
• Gajamudra may limit reach, hide or remove content, revoke badges, or suspend accounts when necessary.
• Repeated or serious violations may result in longer or permanent restrictions.
• Members can block accounts to stop seeing their content.

You retain ownership of what you post, while granting Gajamudra the permission required to display and distribute it through the platform. By posting, you confirm that you have the right to share the material.
